I am Wayne Esser and I own ESCAPE. I spent most of my life South of Houston growing up on and around Galveston Bay where I spent most of my youth on a boat, both sailing and power. I moved to the DC/MD/VA area in 2008 and joined a boat club that gave me access to the Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac River. It was a great opportunity to
get to know the area and the waters. But, there came a point when using other peoples boats just wasn’t doing it for me. I purchased ESCAPE 2 years ago and brought it up from North Carolina. Last year I met Shawn Owen at Chronic Sailing and have been working with Shawn chartering the first time. We are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences on the water.
